The total stay was truly memorable for family vacation. My room at this hotel was great in 1 bedroom. There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. The property was in the central setting to many tourist destination at heart of KL City Center.

Honestly nothing too much trouble. Reasonable base for 4 nights with pleasant and outstandingly accommodating staff on request to moving the tv to the bed room so neighbours do n't get disturbed. Variety of local food. Perfect perfectly comfortable location, in the delicious restaurant. Also - close to the centre, cafes and restaurants and many tourist destination.

The rooms where large in 1 bedroom and had all necessary facilities. Pleasant and outstandingly accommodating stuff, they fixed problem right away when we asked.

The place had a family atmosphere. This accommodation was in the central location also close to metro. There was Skillet a few steps away from the hotel.

I have stayed there before and would return here. I have stayed in the king room with a work desk, satellite TV, and a dining area. The location is particularly good and magnificent and just next door to cafes and restaurants, the monorail which gives access to Sentral and all other transport, and a third party restaurant.

Truly memorable experience there. Good pool, parking on-site. The family feel of the hotel. Exceptional location very close to so many Lebanese and Turkish restaurants as well as Airport, and accommodating rooms. Also, in the city centre.

The units were brand-new and large with their own separate bathrooms.

It was welcoming, beautiful and with kl tower view.

We booked guest room, it was huge.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the spacious and well-maintained apartments. They were perfect for my family, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. The location of the property was also a major plus, as it was conveniently situated near shopping centers and attractions. We were able to easily explore the city and enjoy all it had to offer. the security at the property was top-notch, making us feel safe and secure throughout our stay.

There were a few aspects that could have been better. We ended up skipping it altogether and exploring nearby cafes instead.

Huge room, two toilets, kitchen with everything you need, panoramic windows, proximity to the center.

Few towels and no TV in the bedroom.

For the price we paid, we got great value with spacious apartments and even a study room. The location was excellent, within walking distance of major attractions and right next to a monorail stop. The staff were friendly and accommodating, fulfilling our requests for a high floor and a view of the towers. The pool area was a great place to relax, with jacuzzis to enjoy.

One thing that could make the breakfast better would be to include a wider variety of items, especially more options for those with dietary restrictions.

1. I like hard mattresses and pillows, I found theirs somewhat too soft for my personal liking. But then that is just my personal preference.

Had brand-new room with the best view, and I couldn't ask for more. I enjoyed that there were plenty of facilities in the room such as: a living area, floor to ceiling windows, and blinds.
